The central design concept of this small private church is a seagull, which is translated into two domes forming the shell of the building. The first dome shelters the church featuring holes of diverse sizes, which allow the light to enter the space and give a mystical atmosphere to the interior. The second dome is a lightweight structure shading the outdoor wind-shielded sitting area. The building incorporates the vertical element of a traditional bell tower, in complete harmony with the overall contemporary design. The church is oriented so that the sanctuary faces the East, respecting the ecclesiastical rules.
